RUPES SpA WARRANTS to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user's manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by normal "wear & tear", are not covered.

To invoke coverage under this warranty, purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the following address;

In the event the repairs are deemed non-warranty the cost of shipping the power tool to the Service Center and any associated charges with the return shipment to the purchaser shall be borne by purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as pads, bonnets, pad holders, backing plates, chemicals and other related items.

The warranty described herein is not transferable to other individuals beyond the original purchaser.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

NON-WARRANTY: tools returned for non-warranty repair reasons are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing by a member of the RUPES team. Tools will be assessed upon receipt and a quote provided for approval before any work is performed.
